Piazza
We will be using Piazza for communication. Piazza can be used to privately reach Instructor(s) and Tutor(s) or post a question to the whole class.
Netiquette
In order to help with online communication please read and follow these rules
- Do not email instructor(s)/tutor(s) using their email. Use Piazza.
- Read existing posts before asking a question.
- Make your subject line descriptive.

- Receiving "NullPointerException" when running my program
- Feel free to answer each others posts. Answering questions (correctly or incorrectly) does not affect your evaluation (grade).
- Do not post your solutions. You can post code snippets but make sure that the code snippets are not taken directly from your solution(s). If your goal is to point out how to use a Java library, come up with generic examples and use these examples to provide your explanation.
- Use appropriate and correct language in your posts. Read through this guide.
- Tag your posts. Piazza uses hashtags, like twitter. Piazza calls these "folders". These appear under the "Note Tags" box so you can select them with a click.
